Steven Hogan

Steven Hogan is a Senior Vice President at WSP, where they have been leveraging their extensive experience in transportation and engineering since 2017. Prior to this role, they served as Vice President at Parsons Brinckerhoff from 2010 to 2017 and held the position of Senior Engineering Manager at the same company from 2000 to 2010. Earlier in their career, Hogan worked as the Transportation General Manager for the City of Scottsdale from 1992 to 2000 and as Transportation Programs Manager for the County of Orange from 1976 to 1992. Hogan is also currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering at Harvey Mudd College, and has Master's degrees in Transportation Engineering from the University of California, Berkeley, and in Business Administration from the University of California, Irvine.
