They have a strong background in technical delivery, operational leadership, and strategic growth, with a focus on decarbonization and sustainable infrastructure. McLaren has led significant nuclear accounts and major transformation programs and is committed to advancing the UK’s energy transition and securing energy resilience. They hold a BSc in Geology from University College London.
