Thomas Cao

Thomas Cao is a Senior Civil Engineer at WSP, currently working on the Parramatta Light Rail project, focusing on water and sewer design for Sydney Water assets. With a background that includes roles at Opus International Consultants and Craig & Rhodes Pty Ltd, Thomas has developed expertise in water sensitive urban design, project management, and client liaison as an accredited Water Servicing Coordinator. They hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering and a Diploma in Engineering Practice from the University of Technology, Sydney. Over the years, Thomas has built a reputation for attentive communication and a proactive approach, contributing to various significant infrastructure projects throughout the Sydney region.
