Tim Strongman

Tim Strongman is currently the Digital EHS & ESG Lead for EMEA at WSP, where they focus on guiding organizations through the digitalization of their Environment, Health & Safety (EHS) and Environmental, Social, Governance (ESG) requirements. With over 25 years of international experience in environmental, health, and safety solutions, Tim has held leadership roles at various firms, including ERM and Arcadis, where they managed multi-disciplinary teams and drove significant business growth. Tim’s educational background includes degrees in Chemistry and Geology from Kingston University, as well as a Master’s in Hydrogeology from the University of East Anglia. Throughout their career, Tim has demonstrated a strong commitment to service excellence and client-focused solutions across multiple sectors, including oil and gas, manufacturing, and private equity.
