Tom Basham

Tom Basham is a Technology Director with over 25 years of experience in technology strategy, architecture, and delivery. Currently serving as Director at Arundel Community Land Trust since 2020, Tom focuses on developing and managing community assets, including affordable housing projects. Previously, Tom held various roles at Atkins, including Head of Strategy & Enterprise Architecture and Head of Desktop and Application Services, where they led efforts in IT transformation and digital strategy. Tom earned a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Information Systems Design from Kingston University.
