Tom Holian

Tom Holian is a Principal Modeller at WSP with over a decade of experience in the transport sector. They have expertise in managing frameworks for transport model development and scheme appraisal, collaborating with both national and local government clients. Notably, Tom undertook a project management secondment with National Highways, assisting in the delivery of Regional Transport Models. They have contributed to various projects across the UK and Europe, focusing on highway scheme appraisal and sustainable transport evaluation. Tom is a Chartered Member of the Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transport.
