Torbjörn Andersson

Torbjörn Andersson, PhD, is the Lead Advisor for Environmental Science at WSP Earth and Environment. They hold a doctorate in geology from Göteborgs universitet, where their dissertation focused on climate and environmental development in the Arctic. With extensive experience in project management, Torbjörn has led over 50 permit applications and environmental impact assessments related to environmentally hazardous activities, particularly in the extraction industry and water activities. Additionally, Torbjörn has worked in various leadership roles, and has acted as a representative in both environmental courts and government projects targeting greenhouse gas reductions in agriculture.
