ULF Larsson is the Head of Rail & Transit at WSP New Zealand and serves as the Global Technical Director for Rail & Transit at WSP. With over 30 years of experience in the global rail industry, ULF has led numerous feasibility studies and procurements for mass transit systems across various countries, including Turkey, China, and Australia. ULF holds a Master's degree in Electrical Engineering from Chalmers University of Technology and another Master's in Control Theory from Imperial College. ULF is also a member of the UN Council of Engineers for the Energy Transition, contributing to efforts aimed at achieving net zero emissions by 2050.
