Ye Bai

Ye Bai, PE, CFM, currently serves as a Senior Water Resources Engineer at WSP, a position held since January 2023. Prior experience includes a role as a Water Resources Engineer at River Focus, Inc. and at Wood, with responsibilities including hydrologic modeling and analysis. Ye Bai began the career as a Hydrology and Hydraulic Modeling Intern at the Illinois State Water Survey, where notable work involved constructing HEC-HMS models and conducting water quality monitoring. Additional internship experience includes roles at Amec Foster Wheeler and a research assistantship at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, contributing to various water resource projects and studies. Ye Bai holds a Master’s degree in Civil Engineering and a Bachelor’s degree in Civil and Environmental Engineering from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, complemented by an IB diploma from Beijing Huijia Private School.
