Andy McFayden

Andy McFayden is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in strategic communications, marketing, and student services. Currently serving as the Executive Director of Strategic Communications and Marketing and Community Outreach at WSU Tech since October 2015, Andy has a proven track record of increasing enrollment through effective recruitment strategies and marketing initiatives. Prior roles include Director and Assistant Director of Recruiting and Marketing at Wichita Area Technical College, as well as leadership positions at Cowley College, where Andy managed student services and admissions activities. Andy holds a Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems from Wichita State University and a Master's degree in Business Administration from Newman University.
