Crystal Aluko

Crystal Aluko, SHRM-CP, is an experienced higher education professional specializing in student development, retention, and inclusive learning strategies. They served as the Director of Inclusion and Student Success at WSU Tech, where they focus on creating an accessible educational platform for all students. Crystal's previous roles include Director of Multicultural Engagement and Student Affairs at Friends University and a Family Educator at Child Start. They hold a Master’s degree in College Student Personnel Administration from the University of Central Missouri and a Bachelor’s degree in Human Development from Kansas State University.
