Dean Aviation And Manufacturing National Center For Aviation Training at WSU Tech

James Hall serves as the Vice President of Aviation and Workforce Development at WSU Tech since January 2012, where strategic leadership is provided for academic aviation programs, including Aviation Maintenance and professional Pilot training, alongside the development of non-credit industry training programs. Hall has held several leadership roles, including Dean of the Aviation and Manufacturing National Center for Aviation Training, managing daily operations of various aviation-related programs. Prior experience includes positions at Hawker Beechcraft as a Production Manager for the King Air, and at Cessna Aircraft Company as a Value Stream Leader, where front-line management and lean improvements were emphasized. Hall's educational background includes an MBA and BBA from Friends University, an Associate of Science from Butler Community College, and studies at Wichita State University, complemented by military training in the United States Army.
