Scott Lucas

Scott Lucas Ph.D has a strong background in education and institutional research. Currently serving as Vice President for Aviation, Manufacturing, and Institutional Effectiveness at Wichita Area Technical College and WSU Tech. Prior to this, Scott held various roles in research and education at Emporia State University and the University of Tulsa. Completed their Ph.D. in Library and Information Management from Emporia State University.
