Stephen Bolt

Stephen Bolt is a highly experienced professional with over 40 years in commercial and contract management and dispute resolution, currently serving as the National Manager of Contract Claims & Dispute Services at WT Partnership since June 2017. Stephen specializes in preparing and defending quantum and time-related claims, offering contractual advice and training across various construction sectors, including civil engineering, infrastructure, marine, oil and gas, and mining. Prior to this, Stephen held positions at Aquenta Consulting as Director of Commercial & Contract Dispute Services and Associate Director, where a focus was placed on high-level estimate validations and project controls processes, alongside extensive work in dispute resolution. Stephen also served as Director at West Leigh Ltd, managing commercial and contractual aspects of the London branch. A fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and an Associate of the Australian Institute of Quantity Surveyors, Stephen possesses a strong educational background, having attended John Fisher in Surrey.
