Michelle Larivee has held a range of professional roles in the past 15 years. In 2018, they became the Co-Founder + CEO of wthn. From 2014 to 2018, they were a Project Manager for the World Economic Forum, focused on Blended Finance in Emerging Markets. From 2012 to 2014, they were a Manager at Monitor Deloitte Consulting, where they focused on competitive strategy, emerging technologies disrupting the healthcare industry, and social impact. From 2008 to 2012, they were an Investment Analyst at the International Finance Corporation, where they structured and executed investments totaling $500M+ across Sub-Saharan Africa, Latin America, the Middle East and Asia. From 2005 to 2008, they were an Associate at Merrill Lynch, where they structured over 30 complex debt and derivative issues totaling more than $4.5B for hospitals, academic medical centers and higher education clients.
Michelle Larivee obtained their MBA in Global Strategic Management from The Wharton School and a Master's degree in International Studies and French from the University of Pennsylvania - The Lauder Institute between 2010 and 2012. Michelle also earned a BSFS in International Business and International Relations from Georgetown University between 2001 and 2005.
