Marc E. Wexler has over 20 years of experience in the IT industry. Marc E. began their career in 1997 as a Senior Consultant at Booz Allen Hamilton, where they designed, developed, and deployed Department of Defense applications used to combat terrorist efforts to destroy U.S. technical infrastructure. In 2000, they became an Independent Consultant at 1099 Services, where they designed, developed, and deployed systems for federal and commercial clients. Marc E. coded and integrated using a range of technologies including Java, C++, JavaScript, Visual Basic, Oracle, and COTS packages. In 2004, they became the President/CEO of WTS, Inc., where they provided strategic IT consulting, software development services, and targeted subject matter expertise to federal clients in the Washington D.C. area.
Marc E. Wexler has a diverse educational background. Marc E. attended Mercersburg Academy from 1984 to 1987, and obtained a Carpe diem degree. Marc E. then attended Babson College from 1987 to 1988 to study Entrepreneurship/Entrepreneurial Studies. Marc E. continued their studies at the University of Maryland from 1988 to 1990, earning a BS in Psychology. Marc E. then attended New York University from 1992 to 1994, studying Mathematics. Marc E. returned to the University of Maryland from 1995 to 1997, earning a BS in Computer Science. Finally, they attended The Johns Hopkins University from 2002 to 2004, earning an MS in Computer Science. Additionally, they have obtained two certifications from Oracle: Certified Java Developer and Certified Java Programmer.
