Berkay Baş

Berkay Baş has a diverse work experience starting with their current position as a Business Operations Manager at Wunderflats since 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Sestek as a Business Analyst & Product Consultant from September 2021 to June 2022, where they were responsible for identifying business requirements and analyzing business processes for Conversational AI and Speech Recognition projects.

Before Sestek, Berkay worked at NTT DATA Business Solutions Turkey from May 2020 to August 2021 as a Business Analyst, specializing in RPA, Conversational AI, and Cloud Services. Berkay also served as an SAP MM Consultant from March 2019 to May 2020.

Berkay also gained experience in supply chain management during their time at Unilever as a Supply Chain Gen-Next Trainee from October 2018 to January 2019. Berkay provided support in digital supply chain projects and activities.

In addition, Berkay worked at Pernod Ricard as a Purchasing Assistant from September 2017 to March 2018. Prior to that, they interned at Rönesans Endüstri Tesisleri as a Procurement Intern in the summer of 2017.

Furthermore, Berkay was a team member of the Unilever HR Strategy Project from February 2017 to April 2017. In this role, they contributed to strategic planning for the future of HR in Unilever Turkey and presented innovative ideas to directors and board members.

Lastly, Berkay gained experience as a Production Planning Intern at CEKAFORM İSTANBUL A.Ş. in August 2016.

Berkay Baş completed their Bachelor of Engineering (B.Eng.) in Industrial Engineering from Bahcesehir University, which they attended from 2012 to 2017. In 2016, they also briefly studied Business Administration at Obuda University, earning a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree.

In terms of certifications, Berkay obtained the "Meticulous Co-Worker" certification from Happy Place to Work in November 2021. In 2020, they obtained several certifications including the "Business Analyst Badge" from Automation Anywhere, the "RPA Developer Foundation" and "Business Analyst Foundation" from UiPath. In 2019, they achieved the "Big Data Foundations - Level 2" and "Data Science Foundations - Level 2 (V2)" certifications from IBM.
