Charleen Maher, Ph.D., possesses extensive experience in talent management and human resources across various organizations. Currently serving as Director of Talent Management at Wunderkind, Charleen has held significant roles including Senior Program Manager for Global Talent & Organization Development and Employee Experience at Addepar, and Assistant Vice President of Human Resources at Golub Capital. Previous experience includes positions at Trilogy Education and Willis Towers Watson, focusing on leadership development and organizational alignment. Charleen holds a Ph.D. and an M.S. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from The University of Georgia, completed in 2016 and 2011, respectively.
