Controls Engineer

Raphael Walcott is a seasoned Controls Engineer with extensive experience in designing and implementing control systems for industrial processes. Currently employed at Wunderlich-Malec Engineering, Inc. since June 2019, Raphael specializes in developing control system architecture and programming controllers, including PLCs, DCS, and RTUs, while also managing HMI/SCADA systems and data archiving solutions. Previously, Raphael worked at SPEC Process Engineering & Construction, where responsibilities included on-site programming and troubleshooting for process control systems, and at MagneMotion, Inc., focusing on the implementation of electromagnetic conveyor technology. Early career experiences include a role as a Resident Advisor at Worcester Polytechnic Institute and an internship as a SolidWorks Designer at Kadant Solutions. Raphael holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering and Robotics Engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute, earned in 2014.
