Tom Knepler

Tom Knepler is a seasoned business development professional with extensive experience across multiple industries. Currently serving as the Business Development Manager at Wunderlich-Malec Engineering, Inc. since July 2016, Tom is involved in providing engineering, system integration, and fabrication solutions. Prior experience includes a role as Senior Manager of Business Development at Leidos, focusing on defense, national security, health, and infrastructure from February 2013 to July 2016. Tom held the position of VP Business Development at Henneman Engineering/ITG from November 2007 to November 2012, developing clients in the Large Industrial segment. As a co-founder and partner at Compass Solutions Group from March 2001 to November 2007, Tom innovated the "Sales Process Optimization" methodology. Earlier in their career, Tom was the National Sales Manager at Liberty, overseeing a significant sales territory. Tom earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from Millikin University.
