Justin C. has over 25 years of work experience in the information technology field. Justin began their career in 1995 as a Senior Field Service Technician for DIRECTV, where they installed and serviced 91cm satellite dishes for Primestar in Northern Arizona. In 1998, they moved to Voicestream Wireless as an Information Technology Manager, where they supported 700 workstations, networks devices, telephony devices, and software licensing for more than 1,000 clients. In 2001, Justin became a Broadband Technician for Cable America, where they pulled/buried cable ran additional outlets, performed network card installations, installed routers and switches, and completed service work including forward and return RF issues between TAP and CPE. Justin then joined Satellite Management Services, Inc. in 2003 as a Field Service Engineer, where they contributed outstanding technical acumen toward performing CATV and SATV installation and service, CATV head-end and plant maintenance, and CATV return path analysis and troubleshooting. In 2004, Justin joined Cox Communications as an Information Technology Manager, managing daily operations of enterprise-level IT service operations comprising geographically dispersed teams supporting 25,000+ telecom customers nationwide while concurrently managing statewide IT Desktop Support teams serving 2,700+ clients in Arizona. In 2012, they moved to Covius as the Director of Program Management and the Director of Information Technology, where they developed and updated project plans for information technology and regulatory compliance projects and developed and directed information technologies in alignment with organizational strategic plan. Finally, in 2021, Justin joined Würk as an Information Technology Manager, where they are directly accountable for the implementation and improvement of cross-functional initiatives covering information security, application development testing and integration, process automation, and business systems controls and/or administration.

Justin C. obtained a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management, General from Colorado Technical University in 2006. Justin then went on to obtain a Master of Science in Systems Engineering from Arizona State University. Justin also has several certifications, including an Ethical Leadership certification from the NASBA Center for the Public Trust (2020), an ITIL Foundation Level certification from AXELOS Global Best Practice (2011), a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification from IEEE (2011), a Lean Six Sigma White Belt Certification from IEEE (2011), a Microsoft Certified Desktop Support Technician (MCDST) certification from Microsoft (2007), and a Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) certification from Microsoft (2006).
