Michelle M.

Michelle M. has over 18 years of experience in Human Resources, Benefits, Open Enrollment, ACA, Carrier Connections/EDI, ATS/Recruitment, Performance Management and Kronos Workforce Central. Michelle began their career in 2001 as a Barista at Starbucks, then went on to become a Supervisor and Assistant Manager of Concessions at Viejas Arena. In 2014, Michelle joined Presence of IT as a Human Resources Solutions Consultant, and later became a Lead Human Resources Solutions Designer/Consultant. Since 2019, Michelle has been employed at Würk as a Premiere Services Lead (HR), Sr. HR Implementation Team Lead, and Human Resources SME/Product Specialist. In their roles, they have been a Subject Matter Expert for Human Resources modules and has been responsible for helping clients with troubleshooting, system optimization, training, and developing customized training materials.

Michelle M. began their educational journey in 1998 at California State University, Northridge, where they studied Music Performance, General. Michelle then transferred to College of the Canyons, where they earned their Associate of Arts (AA) in Spanish Language and Literature in 2001. That same year, they also obtained a Certification of Proficiency in Spanish Language from Don Quijote, Salamanca Spain. Finally, Michelle M. completed their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Spanish Language and European Studies from San Diego State University in 2004.
