Rachel Stephens

Rachel Stephens, M.S., serves as a Senior Change Management Specialist at Wursta since July 2021, where responsibilities include leading projects to assist clients in transitioning to Google Workspace. Previously, Rachel worked as a Change Management Specialist focusing on business process transformation through Google Workspace tools, and as a Human Resources Assistant at the Santa Rosa County Board of Commissioners, managing recruitment and onboarding processes. With experience as a Graduate Assistant at The University of Tennessee at Chattanooga, Rachel compiled reports on business trends and taught undergraduate courses in Research Methods. Earlier roles include a Training and Development Intern at Shaw Industries, where a cross-training program was developed, and a Student Development Worker at Troy University. Rachel holds a Master of Science in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from The University of Tennessee at Chattanooga and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Troy University.
