Kayla Wright

Kayla Wright is a Technical Communications Specialist at Wurtec since April 2021, with a solid background in operations and project coordination. Previously, Kayla worked at MaritzCX from 2012 to June 2020 as an Operations Coordinator, where Kayla produced user documentation for analytics software and collaborated with subject matter experts. Prior to that, Kayla served as a Project Coordinator on the Ford Global Team at Maritz from 2008 to 2012, where Kayla developed comprehensive training materials for 33 countries related to the Ford Global reporting website. Additionally, Kayla contributed as a Research Assistant with the GM team, supporting data collection and analysis for the GM Customer Satisfaction website. Kayla holds a Bachelor of Arts in Graphic Design and Media Arts with a concentration in Web Design from Southern New Hampshire University, completed between 2016 and 2019.
