Arjun Basu is an experienced leader in quality management, procurement, and supply chain operations, currently serving as the Director of Quality & Processes for Würth Group in the Asia Pacific region since July 2019. With a robust background, including previous roles as Director of Procurement & Supply Chain at Wuerth India and Vice President of Non Food at Reliance Retail, Arjun has successfully driven operational improvements, implemented GST compliance, and led teams in developing efficient processes across various industries. Arjun's earlier career includes significant roles at Metro Cash and Carry, Sify Limited, Walt Disney Consumer Products, and Berger Paints India, demonstrating a diverse skill set in retail and operations. An alumnus of the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore and the Indian Institute of Technology Kharagpur, Arjun combines academic excellence with extensive practical experience.
