Soline Humer

Soline Humer is a Specialist in Learning & Development as well as Diversity & Inclusion at Würth Group since March 2019. Responsibilities include co-managing an international development program for high potential employees, and creating various learning formats such as seminars, webinars, and workshops. In the realm of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion, Soline leads the corporate women's business network and previously managed a mentoring program for female talents. Prior experiences include roles at PwC in Diversity & Inclusion Management, as well as internships in leadership consulting and HR learning at organizations like Porsche Consulting and L'Oréal. Soline holds a Master of Science in Work and Organisational Psychology and a Bachelor of Science in Business Psychology from Rheinische Fachhochschule Köln.
