Craig Kopp

Craig Kopp is an experienced broadcast journalist and educator with a diverse background in public media. Currently serving as the Morning Edition Host/Reporter at WUSF Public Media, Craig previously held multiple roles including Host/Reporter/Writer for the Sunrise Podcast at floridapolitics.com, and Editor/Producer for the award-winning Third Opinion Podcast. As News Director at 88.9 WEKU, Craig oversaw day-to-day news operations, while reporting for legalexaminer.news focused on legal issues. Experience also includes managing editor at Aspen Public Radio, general manager at WMNF 88.5 FM, and adjunct professor at the University of South Florida's Zimmerman School. Craig has contributed to various media initiatives, conducted webinars at The Poynter Institute, and played a vital role in launching the podcasting course at the University of South Florida. Craig holds a Bachelor of Arts in American history and journalism from Bowling Green State University.
