Layne Gregory

Layne Gregory is a seasoned nonprofit professional with extensive experience in development and community engagement. Currently serving as the Assistant Director of Development at WUSF since February 2022, Layne focuses on cultivating and managing leadership-level annual giving donors and ensuring effective donor stewardship. Previously held roles include Sustainer Program Manager at WUSF, where responsibilities included overseeing monthly giving programs generating over $2 million annually. At the Girl Scouts of West Central Florida, Layne worked as the Annual Giving Manager, managing individual and troop donations for approximately 17,000 members, and also served as the Community Membership Manager and Internal Recruitment Specialist. Layne's early career at Target involved various supervisory roles focused on customer service and team management. Layne holds a Bachelor of Arts in History and Women's Studies from the University of South Florida and a Graduate Certificate in Nonprofit Management from the University of Colorado Denver.
