WVH Group (“WVH”) is an integrated professional services group providing deal advisory, performance improvement, enterprise risk management, corporate secretarial and business process outsourcing services.

The WVH team are approximately 100 people strong and we are still growing. We bring extensive financial and strategic advisory experiences from various local and international firms and private equity, in combination with a steadfast contact network.

WVH offers its clients a broad range of corporate advisory and corporate services based on high integrity and professional business judgement. Our independence enables us to give completely objective advices.

Our vision is to be the leading independent integrated professional services group in Malaysia and the partner of choice for our clients.

Oftentimes, investment banks and giant advisory firms focus only on large corporations due to their spectrum of projects and lower associated risks. Small and medium enterprises (SMEs) are typically put on the back burner due to their size and risks, hence, our firm was built to fill this gap.

At WVH, we recognise the massive potential of SMEs and the untapped markets that they would serve. We understand that “small is the new giant” as SMEs form the backbone of the country’s economy with significant contribution to the GDP.

Our experienced team cater to both large corporations and SMEs, providing top-notch services and consultation for the development of our valued clients.
