Bart Boute

Bart Boute is an experienced GIS expert currently working at wvi (West-Vlaamse Intercommunale) since February 2003, where Bart holds the position of expert GIS and stafmedewerker GIS. Prior to this role, Bart served as a GIS-coördinator at Stad Oostende from 1999 to January 2003, and worked as a Mobiliteitsdeskundige at Groep planning from 1993 to 1999. Bart Boute earned a Master’s degree in Construction and Topography from KIHO KaHo Sint-Lieven between 1989 and 1993, and completed the Humaniora program in Latijn-Wiskunde at Sint-Jozef Sint-Pieter Blankenberge from 1983 to 1989.
