Doug MacKey

Doug Mackey has a diverse work experience in the telecom industry. Doug worked as a Service Delivery Manager at Momentum Telecom since August 2019. Prior to that, they were a Manager Service Delivery at DCT Telecom Group, Inc. from December 2017. At DCT Telecom, they managed technician personnel and reviewed their work, while also improving future estimates.

From August 2001 to December 2017, Doug worked at Windstream Communications as a Manager Network Operations. In this role, they managed and supervised software and hardware development projects, including those for business and network technicians. Doug also handled development projects across various business applications.

Before joining Windstream Communications, Doug worked as an Installation Technician at Nortel Networks from September 2000 to September 2001.

Doug's earliest work experience was in the United States Marine Corps, where they served as a Communication Chief. Doug was responsible for instructing Marines on the AN/TTC-42 Digital Switching Central Office 280 line System, supervising and teaching maintenance techniques to over 440 personnel. Doug held this role from July 1989 until November 2000.
