Michael Jacobs

Michael Jacobs has a solid work experience in the telecommunications industry. Michael worked at Momentum Telecom as a Senior VOIP Engineer, where they designed and maintained Broadsoft and Sonus systems, provided technical support for high-profile customer systems, and served as a subject matter expert for PSTN services. Michael also engineered call routing policies, built a conferencing system, and made recommendations to improve call quality and lower costs. Prior to that, they were the Network Operations Manager at Momentum Telecom / MBS Management, where they oversaw network operations for four years. Michael also served as the Provisioning Team Lead at Momentum Telecom for four years and worked as a Provisioning Specialist at FairPoint Communications for a brief period.

Michael Jacobs completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Troy University, where they pursued their education from 1995 to 2000.
