John Dicus

John Dicus is a seasoned Contracts and Compliance Manager at WWC Global, a Pequot Company, since May 2023. From October 2013 to May 2023, John served as a Lead Business Opportunity Specialist at the U.S. Small Business Administration, where responsibilities included assisting small businesses with SBA certifications and promoting programs related to business development. Prior to this, John held the role of Contract Administrator in the US Army from October 2010 to October 2013, managing contracts for the Mission and Installation Contracting Command. John also worked as a Contract Specialist with the 62nd Contracting Squadron for a brief period in 2010. John holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Eastern Washington University, attained between 2004 and 2008.
