Glenn Jacobs is the current Mayor of Knox County, a position held since September 2018. In addition to public service, Jacobs has been a performer with WWE since April 1995. Before entering public office, Jacobs served as President of Jacobs Insurance Associates, LLC from January 2015 to December 2018. Jacobs holds a Bachelor's degree in English Language and Literature from Truman State University.
