The principals of the firm, Daniel and Jason Welch, follow a long lineage of independently, family-owned, financial businesses. Their father, Tom Welch, started in the brokerage business in 1967 and operated his own financial services firm for over two decades.

In 1997, Daniel Welch, Jason Welch, and Amy (Welch) Kelley began WWK Investments. Over two decades later, in 2023, the legacy continued as Ryan Welch, representing the third generation, joined the team. This generational shift brought a blend of heritage and contemporary insights, further enriching the company’s trajectory.
