Ben Olatilo

Ben Olatilo is an experienced agricultural professional with a strong focus on organic farming and rural development. Currently serving as a Local Partner at Vantage Organic Foods Pvt Ltd since 2015, Ben coordinates the registration and training of small-scale farmers in Nigeria and the Benin Republic for organic certification. In addition, Ben has been the National Project Coordinator for the Slow Food Network in Nigeria since 2013, promoting biodiversity projects. As President of WWOOF Nigeria since October 2010, Ben provides training and support to traditional farmers on organic methods. Previously, Ben coordinated the Organic Fairtrade project at White Pages Ltd, linking farmers to international markets. Ben holds an Associate's degree in Chemistry from Osun State College of Education, Ila Orangun, obtained between 1988 and 1991.
