Prior to this, they served as Managing Director for Arcade Beauty in Asia Pacific, President for Harmony Beauty International, Managing Director for HCT Packaging Inc. in Asia, China Business Unit Director for Global Closure Systems, and Managing Director for Albea Beauty Solutions in Asia Pacific. William has over two decades of experience in the beauty industry and is passionate about putting all business aspects into "harmony" in order to create the best value for customers.
