Low grew up in Connecticut and the Upper East Side of Manhattan. He is a graduate of a top 100 university and holds a dual concentration in Business Management and Marketing from Northeastern University in Boston. After a successful career in the financial corporate world, fate stepped in; he followed his father's lead and moved into the hospitality field. He is a classically trained chef from the French Culinary Institute where he also received his Restaurant Management Degree. Low is also a Sommelier, receiving his certification through the Sommelier Society of America. He was chosen by Raymond Vineyard in Napa Valley, California to create their Sommelier Selection wine series, which has been sold in restaurants throughout the country for the past four years.
