Sarah Staley

Sarah Staley, PHR, SHRM-CP, CPSP, currently serves as the Director of Human Resources at Wycliffe Golf & Country Club since January 2023. Prior to this role, Sarah held the position of Human Resources Director at Medical Specialists of the Palm Beaches, Inc., providing strategic HR support across 35+ offices and 350+ employees. Sarah has extensive experience in HR leadership, having worked at Boca Woods Country Club, iPic Entertainment, Oasis Outsourcing, and Apogee Residential, where responsibilities included workforce planning, compliance, employee relations, and performance management. Sarah earned a Certificate in Human Resources Management from Villanova University and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Business Administration-Supervision and Management from Palm Beach State College.
