Active in southwestern Ohio for more than three decades WYCO has been owned and managed by Ruth Campbell, P.E., P.S. since 1998.  Licensed in Ohio and Kentucky, WYCO is certified as a D.B.E. through ODOT and is a Woman Owned Business. The Ohio Department of Administrative Services has granted WYCO EDGE certification.

We provide engineering and surveying services for land developers, architects, design-build organizations, excavators, construction companies, land owners, realtors, builders, attorneys, local governments, business owners, and home-owner associations.

Our services range from feasibility studies through construction documents, from concept plan to record plat, and from boundary and topographic survey through construction staking.
