Roger Altorfer

Roger Altorfer is currently the General Manager of Customer Success at Microsoft Switzerland, where they lead cloud consumption efforts for enterprise customers. With extensive experience in the Financial Services and Information Technology sectors, they have previously held significant leadership roles at companies such as IBM and Clariden Leu, focusing on business transformations and client relationships. Roger also serves as a Non-Executive Board Member for Wunderraum AG and Wyden, and is the President and Co-Founder of De Lucia AG. They hold a degree in Banking & Finance from ZHAW Zurich University of Applied Sciences and have completed various programs at IMD, including the High Performance Boards program.
