Roger Langen

Roger Langen started their work experience as a Business Analyst and Java Developer at UBS in 1999. Roger was responsible for creating business specifications and flows for the new pool lending application in the global CMI program. In 2002, they became an IT Project Manager, overseeing IT development for the Swiss Securities Lending desk. From 2005 to 2012, Langen served as a Project Manager and Business Analyst, responsible for prime brokerage IT and leading a team of analysts. In 2012, they took on the role of Project Manager and Head of Equity Finance IT CH, where they were in charge of IT development for Equity Finance in Switzerland. Langen joined Wyden in 2018 as the Head of Projects.

Roger Langen holds a degree in Diplom Informatiker from Universität Passau. In addition, they have obtained several certifications, including the PMP certification from PMI and various edX Verified Certificates in Agile processes, project management, problem-solving, sprint planning, agile leadership principles, and agile innovation. The specific years in which they obtained the certifications range from 2017 to 2021.
