Matt Downey has extensive experience in geology and related fields, currently serving as the Manager of Lands & Data and Geologist at Wyloo since September 2008. Previous roles include Geotechnical Core Logger at SRK Consulting, Geologist for the Manitoba Geological Survey and University of Waterloo, and various positions such as Junior Assistant and Senior Assistant with the Ontario Geological Survey. Matt has also worked as a Tech Support Representative at Geosoft Inc. and served as a Geologist for Aquiline Resources. Academic qualifications include an MSc. in Structural Geology from the University of Waterloo and an Hon B.Sc. in Geology from the University of Toronto.
