Caroline Mueller is a news reporter and anchor at WYMT since June 2024, bringing a diverse background in journalism and media. Previously, Caroline served as President of the Society of Professional Journalists from January 2021 to August 2024, and held various roles including Treasurer and Member. As an anchor and member of The Volunteer Channel, Caroline anchored news, entertainment, and sports shows while contributing weekly story pitches and script writing. Experience also includes managing lifeguard operations at the Allan Jones Intercollegiate Aquatic Center and internships at WVLT, WBXX, and WATE 6 On Your Side. Caroline contributed to The Tennessee Journalist with a focus on education and participated in a study abroad program in Prague, enhancing foreign correspondent skills. Caroline holds a degree from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, and is a graduate of Girls Preparatory School.
