Lorena Goa has a diverse range of work experience. Lorena began their career as a Documents and HR Analyst at OGS, where they carried out documentation projects and led training programs. Lorena then worked as a Key Account Sr at Perfilnet.com, achieving a significant increase in the portfolio and gaining experience in customer service and HR projects. Lorena then joined IVI Venezuela as a Courses Coordinator, where they created processes and documentation and expanded program offerings.

Next, Lorena worked at the Fundación Grupo London Supply as an Assistant, leading projects and fundraising campaigns, organizing events, and managing the director's agenda. Lorena then became a Personal Assistant at Consultora Spriegel & Partners, where they managed schedules, logistics, and office operations, and utilized LinkedIn to secure new projects for the company.

Lorena's experience in sales and customer service came from their role as Store Manager and Ecommerce at Peabody Brand and Sales and Customer Experience at Frenkel's luxury store. Lorena also served as a Senior Brand Partner at Nu Skin Entreprises, creating training programs and social media strategies for the salesforce.

More recently, Lorena worked as a Bilingual Paralegal at Mil Mujeres Legal Services, providing support to clients with USCIS applications and playing a crucial role in changing the lives of vulnerable families. Lorena Goa's education history includes a Bachelor's Degree in Librarianship from the Universidad Central de Venezuela, which they obtained from 2000 to 2005. Later, from 2008 to 2009, they pursued an Especialist degree in Human Resources at Universidad Metropolitana (VE).
