At Wynroy Hot Yoga, we fuse the power of movement with the depth of history. Formerly Peak Physique Hot Yoga Prospect, we’ve evolved into an independent studio built on family legacy, community connection, and transformation through heat.

Our studio is named in honour of Winifred and Roy Gardam — the roots of our story and the inspiration behind everything we do. Here, tradition meets innovation. We combine the physical intensity of hot yoga with modern fitness science to help every student grow stronger, more balanced, and more self-aware.
