Mike Ferrante

Mike Ferrante has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Mike started their career at IBM as a Program Manager, where they developed and implemented strategic programs. Mike then worked at Prism Solutions, a data warehousing software and consulting company, as a Manager for Global Data Warehouse Services. After that, Mike joined Envive Corporation as the Systems Implementation and Services Manager, where they were responsible for pre-sales, customer training, and technical consulting.

Mike then moved on to Kaiser-Permanente, where they served as the Manager of Information Management for two regions. In this role, they managed a large team and contracted staff and oversaw various areas including BI/DW project management, data quality, data visualization, and data extracts. Mike received an annual performance bonus for their contributions.

Following their time at Kaiser-Permanente, Mike joined The Advisory Board Company as the Director of Software Engineering. In this position, they established a pilot group to develop SaaS health care analytical software products and designed a 3-tier hosting infrastructure.

Mike then worked at Habitat For Humanity International as the Sr. Manager of Information Management. Mike managed various teams and was responsible for database administration, software and hardware installations, and security across multiple countries.

Subsequently, Mike joined UW Health as the Director of the Health Information Management Center. Mike established a new Business Intelligence Competency Center and managed various areas such as data warehouse design and development, data management, and database administration.

Currently, Mike is working at WynTec, LLC as the Director of Sales. In this role, they focus on mentoring the marketing staff, developing external partnerships, and increasing market penetration of A2B Data, a data management and business intelligence service. A2B Data reduces project time and maintenance and captures source data changes accurately.

Mike Ferrante has a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from The College of New Jersey. Mike also studied Computer Science at Princeton University, although the degree information is not available.
