Val Route

Val Route has a diverse range of experience in the field of human resources. They started their career as a Human Resources Assistant Manager at Avitus Group in 2003 and later became a Human Resources Specialist at Western Security Bank in 2007. They then worked as an Associate Services (HR) Manager at Food Services of America from 2011 to 2017. Val's role expanded to being a Human Resources Generalist at Cushing Terrell in 2017, where they worked until 2020. Currently, Val is the Head of Human Resources at Wyo-Ben Inc. with no specified end date.

Val Route completed their Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA) with a focus on Management at Montana State University Billings from 1999 to 2003. Prior to their university education, they attended West Yellowstone High School from 1986 to 1989, where they obtained a general degree. Val Route also holds additional certifications, including the SHRM - Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) from SHRM, obtained in February 2019, and the Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) from HR Certification Institute - HRCI, also obtained in February 2019.
