UNLOCKING THE POTENTIAL OF THE MOUNTAIN WEST:

The innovation landscape is shifting. As venture capital flows inland from traditional coastal hubs, the Mountain West has emerged as a dynamic, high-growth nexus for technology and talent. WYO VC is uniquely positioned to capitalize on this powerful opportunity, leveraging a deep regional network with a global, multi-stage investment strategy.

ABOUT WYO VC:

WYO VC is a network-driven venture capital firm committed to backing the brightest entrepreneurs across the Mountain West region and beyond. We operate as a for-profit entity, strategically deploying capital into late Seed and Series A rounds for post-revenue technology-enabled businesses. While we maintain a generalist approach within the region, our sector focus is strategically concentrated on companies stepping up to meet the interests of the United States of America.

THE NETWORK THAT BUILT THE ECOSYSTEM:

Our advantage is our network and platform. This ecosystem was meticulously cultivated over a decade before WYO VC was formed, ensuring our team was best-in-class from day one.

In 2014, WYO VC Founders John D. Temte and Jack Selby accepted Wyoming Governor Matt Mead’s call to action to chair and co-chair the Jackson Hole Technology Partnership (JHTP) and its Annual Wyoming Global Technology Summits (WGTS). The JHTP has since remained at the center of the region's burgeoning tech ecosystem, with a proven track record of uniting key players—entrepreneurs, investors, and policymakers. This robust, established network is the engine behind WYO VC.
