They work on both front-end and back-end solutions to ensure a seamless user experience, enhance platform functionalities, and integrate AI capabilities for personalized user interactions. This includes tasks such as full-stack development, backend infrastructure design, QA testing, mobile app development, and AI implementation to support stress management features for employees and patients.
